About Andrew
As a Lending Specialist, it is my aim to take the confusion and hassle out of shopping around for a loan that suits your needs and can help you to objectively assess the products of a multitude of Lenders. I have over 16 years experience in the Finance Industry and have been recognised by obtaining Sales Master consecutively from 2006 – 2011 (Top 200 Brokers nationally for PLAN Australia). Expert Lending was awarded QLD Business Sales Masters 2009 & 2010 (top 5 business’ in each state based on settlement volumes, conversion rates and other measures) and was awarded #1 Business for PLAN Australia in QLD for 2011.

- Insider Knowledge. I have extensive experience in the Banking Industry. During this time I held an Approval Authority of $500,000 with one of the major lenders, which allowed me to approve Home Loan applications on behalf of the Bank. This has provided me with a clear insight into what the Banks require when assessing Loan Applications.
- Long-Term Assistance. All our customers receive a complimentary annual review after using our services to ensure they are getting the most from their home loan.
- Professional Status. I am an accredited loan consultant with the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) and Expert Lending holds their Australian Credit Licence with ASIC.
