Calvin's strengths lie in an intimate knowledge of the Australian mortgage market and an ability to focus on detail to bring my clients the most competitive package tailored to their personal needs. He has significant experience assisting borrowers from all walks of life ranging from the first home buyer to large corporate clients.
He has a thorough understanding of business structures (corporate, trusts, partnerships) from an ownership, legal, taxation and borrower perspective. His understanding enables him to most efficiently structure the finance package that’s right for the client's business.

About Eric
After working in the banking and finance industry for a few years I have developed the skills and ethics necessary for tailoring a competitive product for each of my unique clients. My strengths flow across a range of services, from assisting borrowers in effectively utilising their first home owener’s grant to assisting large corporate clients to restructure their loans. But what I consider my biggest strength is having a team of equally skilled mortgage brokers and consultants with diverse backgrounds in the fields of law, finance, investments and advisory.
Our diversified experience and thorough understanding of business structures (corporate, trusts, partnerships) from an ownership, legal, taxation and borrower perspective, enables us to efficiently structure the right loan product that is suitable for you and your business.
I understand that many people have working commitments during the week, therefore I offer my clients the flexibility of after hour home visits and weekend meetings.
