About Jon
Jon is a Director and Professional Lending Specialist with Loan Wize Pty Ltd on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. He has more than 15 years commercial and residential finance experience. Jon also holds a Bachelor of Business with a major in Accounting and believes that this provides him with an excellent understanding of financial statements and structures. His experience also provides him with the knowledge to work with referrals from other business professionals to ensure that their finance needs are being met accurately and timely. Having worked with ANZ Bank for many years, culminating in a position with Corporate and Institutional Banking on the Sunshine Coast, he also has a great insight into the local business community and what drives it. He is also an active property investor with over 17 property transactions completed over the last 9 years. His goal is to build key relationships with other Sunshine Coast business professionals with a view to form strategic relationships and build and ongoing quality referral partnership arrangement. His vision is to provide excellent finance broking services and informative interactive workshops to a core group of quality investors seeking guidance and advice.
About Tammy
Tammy is a Director and Professional Lending Specialist with Loan Wize Pty Ltd on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. She has extensive experience in the areas of structuring finance solutions and asset protection. She is a finance broker with 26 years in the finance industry. Her experience extends outside the banking/lending sector, having spent 3 years as a financial controller for a multimillion dollar group of companies. This role included the finance project management of a motel construction and a 32 unit development complex. Tammy also has 5 years working in an accounting arena which is valuable knowledge for Commercial Lending. She is also an active property investor with over 22 property transactions completed over the last 4 years.
Her goal is to provide excellent finance broking services and informative interactive workshops to a core group of quality investors seeking guidance and advice.
She intends to team with other industry specialists to ensure that a full rounded service is provided.

Community involvement
Destiny Rescue rescues children directly from brothels, protects vulnerable children through prostitution, offer prevention programs and provides schooling, vocational training, medical help, counselling and all daily needs.
At Loan Wize we support Destiny Rescue through every loan we write. For every loan that settles we donate money to this charity to help fund the cost of the administration operations in Australia so that for all donations given directly to the charity 100% goes directly to stop child sex slavery.
This is a cause we are very passionate about and endeavour to raise the awareness in the community and hope other business decide to support the charity in new innovative ways.
We also donate time to sit on their Caboolture girl Guide Committee in the Treasurers role as they could not fill this position.
Caboolture Girl Guides Hut was completely under water during the Jan 11 floods.
They are still trying to rebuild and placed a call into the community for help.
We gladly raised our hand in support.
