About Kellie
“COUNT ON US” is what we at Abacus Home Loans have been saying since 2004.
Originally from Hong Kong, Kellie has been involved in the mortgage broking industry since 2002. In 2004 Kellie established Abacus Financial Centre. In 2008 she rebranded the business and “Abacus Home Loans” was born and located the company in the City of Sydney to provide a central location for clients to visit.
From the beginning, we start by taking the time to understand our clients’ personal and financial situation. This enables us to short list appropriate loan options which our clients can review. The information we provide, empowers our clients to make the most informed choice possible as to what loan is best suited for them.
Our approach allows our clients to gain the full benefit of our services by saving our clients time and money by providing them with the right loan structure so that over the long term it helps them to achieve their financial goals.
At Abacus Home Loans our service does not end at settlement.
Our CUSTOMERS FOR LIFE philosophy means we continue to build long term relationships with our clients. After settlement we offer to provide our clients an After- Loan -Service to deal with any questions or problems that may occur, offer mortgage advice if their situation has changed or inform them of new products and promotions in the market. -There is no fee or expiry date on this offer.
As a result of our relationship approach we have many new clients and loyal repeat clients which allowed Abacus Home Loans to achieve a top 30 place of the top 100 mortgage brokers in Australia in 2011.
